Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at hello@cloffa.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed we're unable to cancel it as processing begins immediately. Once your order arrives, reach out to our support team to start the return process and we'll issue a refund once returned, noting that this strictly excludes non-refundable upgraded SD card tiers from 256GB to 2TB.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. We will replace any defective or damaged items at no cost to you.

SD Cards
Please note that all individual SD card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Since compatibility can be verified prior to purchase, we are unable to accept returns on opened units.
For device purchases, the standard 128GB configuration remains fully eligible for return under our standard terms. However, due to system encryption, data overwriting, and user security protocols, all upgraded storage tiers ranging from 256GB to 2TB are classified as final sale. Because these high-capacity cards initialize and cache personal user data immediately upon deployment, they cannot be accepted back for security and terminal resale constraints.
Rest assured, we stand behind our product with a full hardware warranty, and will gladly send a replacement or exchange should your unit or card experience any technical issues.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories included and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received we'll process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method. There will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@cloffa.com.
