ORDER CANCELLATION
Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as part of it begins processing immediately with our system, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Cloffa is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. Typically, shipments take around 7 business days to arrive. However, due to international shipping regulations and the delicate nature of liquid or electronic products, deliveries may take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. For refunds there will be a small restocking fee based on the product value depending on your country, shipping costs shall be bared by the customer.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number. Sometimes tracking is slow to update or may not be that detailed, we appreciate your patience.
MY TRACKING IS SLOW TO UPDATE:
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at helo@cloffa.com.
